How early should I arrive?Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time. Seating is on a first come first served basis.
Is this a dinner show?No, the Lumberjack Feud is technically not a dinner show. However, you are allowed to bring food with you to eat while you enjoy the show. Several restaurants including Smoky Mountain Brewery, Calhoun's, and Five Guys Burgers are located nearby.
How long is the Lumberjack Feud Show?The show runs approximately 90 minutes.
Is the theater wheelchair accessible?Yes, the facilities are fully accessible for individuals with special needs. If any members of your party have a wheelchair or other special needs, please make note of this when making your reservation so we may accommodate you.
Do I have to participate in the show?No. Audience participation is voluntary.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my toddler?Children ages 2 and under may sit on the lap of an adult during the performance. A limit of 1 lap child per paid adult applies.
What happens if it rains?The outdoor venue provides coverage from the rain allowing the show to still go on, whether it's sunny, raining, or snowing. Shows will only be canceled in the case of severe weather which is deemed dangerous for the crowd or lumberjacks.
Does the theater offer parking?Yes, there is ample free parking. Handicapped parking is available on a first come first served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot close to the venue.
Are visitors allowed to meet and greet the lumberjacks?Yes, audience members may meet the lumberjacks after the show.
